competition:

You’ll have 72 hrs to write, shoot, and edit a mini-masterpiece. We’ll give you a prompt, but as long as you use that prompt, you can do whatever you want.

The prompt could include any of the following: thematic or stylistic parameters, objects, or particular kind of shot that you must use in your film. It will stay under wraps until the day the competition begins, where we will announce it at a number of “kickoff meetings” that we’ll be hosting around town, as well as on this site. At the end of the 72 hours, you’ll turn your film in, where it will be (depending on the number of entries) screened at the Capitol Theater, in front of a panel of judges.

Winners will receive some delectable prizes.
